                            RETRACTION OF 2018 DM4

     The designation 2018 DM4, announced on DOU MPEC 2018-E82, is being
retracted.  The object is on a geocentric orbit and was added to the MPC's
DASO page (https://www.minorplanetcenter.net/iau/artsats/artsats.html) on
Feb. 23, but for some reason, was not removed from the NEOCP at that time.
It was then designated during a bulk removal of confirmed but poorly-observed
objects from the NEOCP.

     Since the designation 2018 DM4 never appeared in a permanent MPC
publication, the designation will be recorded as "omitted".
