                          COMET C/2019 Q3 (PANSTARRS)                           

   This object was reported as cometary based on Pan-STARRS 1 (F51) discovery 
images on Aug. 29 UTC.  The cometary nature was confirmed by R. Weryk (568) 
on Aug. 31 UTC, who reported a FWHM of 1".37 vs. 0".75 for background stars 
and a 6" tail towards P.A. ~320.  Further confirmation was reported on Sept. 4 
by R. S. McMillan (691), who noted a faint tail of several arcsecs at P.A ~285.
