                          COMET P/2020 O3 (PANSTARRS)                           

     On behalf of Pan-STARRS 1 (F51), R. Weryk reports the discovery of a comet
found on exposures taken on July 28 UT.  Prediscovery observations taken on
July 20 by Pan-STARRS 2 (F52) were subsequently found.  Reports of cometary
