     This replaces MPEC-M96 (orbit and ephemeris).

     P. Veres and L. Denneau report the discovery of a comet in survey images
taken on Jun. 12 UT by ATLAS-MLO (T08), noting a condensed 9" coma and a 
straight 70" tail at position angle 220 deg. Additional reports of cometary
