COMET C/2023 X4 (Hogan)
J. Hogan reports the discovery of a comet in four 30-second survey images
taken on Dec. 13 UT by Mt. Lemmon Survey (G96), noting a condensed 10".9 coma
and a 2".5 tail at position angle 337 deg. Prediscovery positions were
reported back to Sep. 2023. Additional reports of cometary features are as
