COMET P/2023 V2 (PANSTARRS)
R. Weryk reports the discovery of a comet in four 45-second w-band survey
exposures taken on Nov. 4 UT by Pan-STARRS 2 (F52), noting a condensed 0".4
coma. Prediscovery positions were reported back to Sep. 2023. Additional
