                          COMET P/2023 V6 (PANSTARRS)                           

     R. Weryk reports the discovery of a comet in four 45-second w-band survey
images taken on Nov. 8 UT by Pan-STARRS 1 (F51), noting a diffuse 0".7 coma.
Predicovery positions were reported back to Oct. 2023. Additional reports of
