EDITORIAL NOTICE: DELETION OF 2023 QB20
The designation 2023 QB20, announced on MPEC R140 on Sep. 11, 2023 UT,
is being deleted. The object was first reported by the Zwicky Transient
Facility (I41) on Aug. 27 UT and follow-up from two other sites confirmed
an apparent NEO-like orbit. B. Gray has identified these observations
as belonging to a previously seen artificial object with a very high
area/mass ratio, making its position difficult to predict over long
timescales. Therefore, the designation 2023 QB20 is being deleted and will
be listed as omitted.
