                    COMET P/2018 P3 = P/2023 V8 (PANSTARRS)                     

     T. Oribe reports the recovery of comet P/2018 P3 = P/2023 V8 (PANSTARRS) in
images taken 2023 Nov. 15 UT from Saji Observatory (867).  He notes the comet
appeared stellar, but seemed to have a 10" tail toward PA 74 degrees.
