                 COMET P/2012 US27 = P/2024 N5 (Siding Spring)                  

     M. Masek reports the recovery of comet P/2012 US27 (Siding Spring) on
images taken on July 5 and 6 UT from Pierre Auger Observatory (I47).
Independent recovery reports came from A. Hale on July 12 from Cerro Tololo-LCO
Aqawan A #1 (W89), and J. Drummond on July 16 from Possum Observatory (E94).
